I’ve handled the overall plumbing issues at my condo complex for the past seven years. Over that time we’ve dealt with a number of drain cleaning companies, and we’ve had some minor disasters.
About a year and a half back, we called Drain Medic to do some work. It was immediately apparent that they were a professional, competent organization. They just know their stuff. In comparison, the other companies we’ve used seem like bumblers, trying to make it up as they go.
The per hour or per service charge is usually a bit higher at Drain Medic than with a cut-rate shop. But with those other places we would have them out multiple times, and the problem would never quite go away.
